One of our friendly solar experts will reach out to you within 24 hours, offering a complimentary consultation, along with a thorough analysis of your bills and usage. We’ll then tailor solar solutions to align with your goals, budget, and electricity usage patterns.

After the installation contract has been signed and the deposit received, our Customer Support Team will reach out with a courtesy call to double-check all information on the contract. We will then immediately contact you to discuss and arrange the best time for installation.

Application

Customer Support Team will pass all details to our CEC Accredited Design & Installation Team for them to design the system and submit the application to Energex for solar connection.

4Installation

Installation

The installation will be monitored and supervised by our professional CEC Accredited Design & Installation Team throughout the whole process. The installation will FULLY comply with the CEC installation guidelines.After the installation, our Installation Manager will submit the EWR (Electrical Work Request) to Energex and request for solar meter connection.

5On-going Customer Support

On-going Customer Support

After installation, we follow up every single job that has been completed and will monitor your system twice a day to ensure it is working properly. We will also send you an annual maintenance reminder a year after the installation in order to keep your system at its best condition and performance.
